Deny List

A number on the deny list is not dialed, in every campaign or only in the campaigns you choose. Entries are identified by their own ID, not by the phone number.

Add Number to Deny List

POST/api/make/deny-list/{teamId}

Adds a phone number to the do-not-call deny list, for all campaigns or only the ones you choose.

Used by:
Make: Add Deny List Item · Zapier: Add Number to Deny List

Parameters

  • teamIdstringrequired

    Your Team ID.

  • phonestring· Bodyrequired
  • descriptionstring· Body

    Optional. Why the number is blocked.

  • campaign_idsarray of string· Body

    Optional. Campaign IDs to block the number in. Leave out to block it in every campaign.

Errors

List Deny List Entries

GET/api/make/deny-list/{teamId}

Lists the entries on your deny list.

Used by:
Zapier: entry picker in Remove Number from Deny List

Parameters

  • teamIdstringrequired

    Your Team ID.

Remove Number from Deny List

DELETE/api/make/deny-list/{teamId}

Removes an entry from the do-not-call deny list by its entry ID.

Used by:
Make: Remove Deny List Item · Zapier: Remove Number from Deny List

Parameters

  • teamIdstringrequired

    Your Team ID.

  • idstring· Queryrequired

    The entry ID returned by Add Number to Deny List. This is not the phone number.

  • The ID can also be sent in a JSON body as {"id": "…"}. Removing an ID that is not on the list still returns success.
