תיעוד אפליקציית Saleso ל-Make
איך מקימים את החיבור, איך הטריגרים עובדים, שישה תרחישים מוכנים להעתקה, וקטלוג מלא של כל מודול עם הפרמטרים שהוא מקבל והשדות שהוא מחזיר.
הקמת החיבור
בפעם הראשונה שתוסיפו מודול של Saleso לתרחיש, Make תבקש ליצור חיבור. החיבור מורכב משני שדות, ושניהם נמצאים ב-Saleso תחת הגדרות ← אינטגרציות ← Make.com. מקימים אותו פעם אחת, וכל המודולים בכל התרחישים משתמשים בו.

איך טריגרים עובדים
כל הטריגרים באפליקציה הם מיידיים — הם לא דוגמים את Saleso כל כמה דקות, אלא מקבלים דחיפה ברגע שהאירוע קורה. כשמפעילים את התרחיש, Make רושמת אצלנו webhook אוטומטית; כשמכבים אותו, היא מסירה אותו. אין מה להגדיר ידנית בצד של Saleso.
טריגרים שקשורים לשיחה מופעלים עד דקה לאחר סיום השיחה, כדי לאפשר להקלטה ולניתוח להסתיים. טריגרים של שיחה נכנסת עובדים בזמן אמת ודורשים שהחייגן של הנציג יהיה פתוח.
תרחישים מוכנים
נקודות פתיחה נפוצות. כל שרשרת מציגה את המודולים לפי הסדר שבו הם מחוברים בתרחיש.
שיחה שנסגרה בציון נמוך ← התראה למנהל
המנהל שומע על שיחה בעייתית באותו יום, לא בסוף החודש. הפילטר משתמש בציון שמגיע בפלט של הטריגר.
